The fact the Ronaldo used to play for Man Utd has nothing to do with anything. I have a lot of respect and admiration for many Man Utd Players.
I despise the man for many reasons, including the fact that he took diving and cheating to a new level when he played here, he's arrogant, petulant and selfish. When playing for Portugal he struts around like his teammates are not worthy of playing alongside him. He's the epitome of everything i hate about the modern day footballer.
Messi on the other hand is also super talented and very rich but still appears to be a very humble man.
Not sure why you're bringing Carragher into this conversation. He's everything Ronaldo isn't. Not smug in the slightest, a real down to earth team man. Not the most talented guy, but always gives 100%.
I bet at half time Carra is listening to his manager and motivating his team mates, unlike Ronaldo who has taken to changing his hairstyle during the break! His vanity know no bounds. I've seen it all now
He's the biggest wanker in world football. It doesn't matter how talented he is, or whether he scores or not, nothing can prevent him from being a utter prick of a man.
Oh come off it. I was a huge fan of Kuyt at Liverpool. One of my favorite players and I was very sad to see him leave, but he is undoubtedly past his best. Well past his best.
How you can say he's better than 2 CM's i have no idea...that's like saying Suarez is better than Agger Comparing players in different positions is pointless.
De Jong is a very good player anyway. No idea why you dont rate him.
On the subject of the Dutch... Robben must be the most selfish players I've ever seen. Being selfish is fine if you're banging them in no stop, but Robben isn't and it's frustrating as hell to watch.
pCARS claim to have the best physics engine on the market... Yet it's a complete joke at the moment.
rF2 may feel a bit off, but it's way ahead of CARS at this stage. I would also argue that rF2 has the best tyre model of any sim at the moment. I would fully expect Assetto Corsa to take that crown though.
LFS, nKPRo, Assetto Corsa (it's obviously gonna be good to drive, right? ) or rFactor 2 plugged into the iR MP service would all be much better alternatives to iRacing as things stand.
It's funny that after all these years, the thing i criticized most vociferously in the beginning, the MP service aspect, turns out to be the only bit of iRacing that i like.
The driving aspect is a massive disappointment. The NTM is just as bad as the OTM. Worse in several respects. The FFB in the cars with the NTM is rubbish. I just don't want to spend time on track any more.
Motegi is the first road course i didn't bother buying, and i wont be re-subbing when this one runs out. My time with iRacing is coming to an end.
Assetto Corsa and rF2 may not have the MP service, but i'm sure i'll find a league or two to race in and actually get back to enjoying driving sim cars that make some sense again.

This is the original list, though Lampard is now out, to be replaced by Henderson. Not sure on any other changes, but Heskey isn't one of them for sure

Not my experience at all. Neither in the CTRA servers here back in the day or on iRacing.
Thousands of races with people that most certainly can drive, do drive in a sportsmanlike manner, and don't drive the wrong way and crash.
The times I've had to share the track with a complete idiot or a deliberate wrecker over the last 5 years or so can be counted on one hand. Two at a push.
I've not even tried the Caddy yet! Only got back to driving iRacing this week, and I can't tear myself away from the V8. A car I used to hate with a passion has now become my favorite car in the sim.
They parked the bus after going 2-0 up at home against Juventus! You can't honestly compare that to a team that doesn't even attempt to attack for 80 odd mins.
Defending a lead is one thing.. Playing for a 0-0 in a final is completely different
Liverpool 2005 might well have been low on quality, but at least they actually attacked! (Milans second and third goals were on the counter) It was a shocking first half, but at least Liverpool went forward.
Liverpool didn't park the bus until it was 3-3
Chelsea last night did absolutely nothing until Bayern scored. Not at any point up till then did they look like they wanted anything but a penalty shootout.
It wasn't the strongest Chelsea lineup, but it was still one of the most expensively assembled teams in the world!
You are! Top player and top man Cech... I have a lot of respect for him.
It's Alpha, It's buggy, the servers are a pain in the backside to join at the moment... and it's the most fun i've had in many years of gaming.
Open world, sandbbox survival with Zombies...just perfect.
The fact that Bohemia are going to include this as part of ArmA CO in the next patch says it all. It should get some serious polishing in the near future.
